Our Privacy Principles
Paylocity respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our website visitors, customers, and their employees. We act primarily as a service provider and data processor on behalf of our client employers.
1. What Information We Process
To administer payroll, benefits, and tax filings, we process employee identifiers (names, SSNs, dates of birth), financial data (bank routing numbers, wage rates), and contact information provided by employer administrators.
2. Data Subject Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
Under applicable privacy statutes including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals possess rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the sharing of their personal information.
3. Zero Third-Party Data Selling
Paylocity never sells, rents, or monetizes client personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing networks.
